My favourite musician is a chap called Frank Turner. He wrote this – ‘A Song for Josh’ – after finding out that a good friend of his had committed suicide. Josh was a member of the security team at a venue in New York which Frank has played numerous times. It’s all the more poignant because this live recording was made at the same venue on the anniversary of his death and adds an additional layer of emotion which you’ll hear in his voice as he sings.

Something dark has brought me back to this place, suicideproject just can’t be erased from my mind even after years. Ive had this ongoing struggle of unhappiness, and I can’t see to win the war.

I know someone on here had a post similar to this but after you’ve had trauma attempted suicide are depressed anxious self harm have suicidal thoughts etc  can you really come back from all that ? being the happy out going person u once was ? Or are u pass the point of no return the damage is already done kind of thing game over

I Feel Like a Ridiculous Clown

I have an event to go to on Tuesday and it’s kind of a big deal. I’m getting an award. But my producing partner just had her marriage of 10 years blow up and instantly started jumping into rebound sex with some actor who she plans to take to the red carpet event.

My new music

Way different from the other two compositions I posted awhile back.

During one of my comments today, I described it like this:

It’s a bit darker and more chaotic than the kind of music I usually write.
It starts out like a dark smooth Gregorian Chant, and ends up sorta like an axe murderer is just realizing there are all sorts of pointy objects around.

It’s called “Triggering” because last week some issues triggered an especially dark pit of depression.

Reoccuring dream

So I have this dream on average 5 times a week.  Sometimes more, sometimes less.  I don’t know if it is a message of some kind or just a dream.

My costume in blood

A few years ago, I was visiting some friends for a small party, and we were supposed to make our own original costumes.
