2 years clean and i finally broke down.  My wrists have so many scars on them its….its funny…

I claimed insanity today..I cut my arms and laughed as the blood slowly came out. I threw my head back and laughed.

I dont cut deep enough to drip blood..just enough to leave a mark.

closed my eyes and keep picturing me as a little kid. running through the grass with my arms open wide my head held high…laughing

I posted my picture of my cuts because to me its a pretty picture..but no one else thinks so…their all mad at me and it just makes me cut more.

Hello, all

I feel like my mind is falling apart. I can’t remember anything and I have no sense of self. Nothing matters and nothing makes me happy.

However, I really do want to enjoy my life. I just want to be someone else.

I want to erase my current mind and start over again.

I also think that I might have an undiagnosed mental illness because of my rapidly-shifting moods, negative internal voices, and suicidal obsessions.

I just don’t want to take medication and go even more insane.

Can anyone else relate?

The scars of yesterday,
the blood stains on my shirt,
still shaking, in shock.
How can you push me to go this far?
Talking to myself,
the faint whispers in my head,
“You’re not worth another day.”
Another day goes by.

More and more I think that “If I die young” has a lot of truth behind it.
Why doesn’t anyone listen when we’re still here to voice our opinions? Because it’s “all in your head”, “you just need to cheer up” and “focus on the happy things in life” OH why didn’t I think of that -_-. Unhealthy habits…

I haven’t been eating, or sleeping properly. I introvert randomly. I’m changing and I don’t want to, my sleep patterns are irregular, on days that i actually sleep I sleep for at least 14 hours other days though I get o-2 hours. I’ts not healthy. I eat once a day. I’ve tried everything to get better. Meds, therapy, at least 7 hospital stays, vitamins, diet, ECT…10 years i’ve been in this hell! My last episode has lasted all of this year and most of last year, without a break!! I’m never happy for longer than half a day at a time and that happens very rarely (maybe once a month). I’ve been suicidal for over 7 months since my ECT treatment failed to help me. I’ve seen over 8 psychiatrists and none have helped.
