So, I have self confidence and self esteem issues and I’ve recently been looking for a job. This would be my first professionally employed thing and I can’t seem to gain the confidence to apply anywhere. I’ve managed to ask for applications and fill them out decently with only a few mild anxiety attacks but can never turn them in. think again really. I think we’re all here for a reason. WHY? are we put here? on this earth. I’ve always questioned myself that. there are 3 main things to happiness in this life:
1- HEALTH
2- FAMILY(OR FRIENDS- OR EVEN JUST ONE FRIEND), so therefore:
3- LOVE

So most of my anxiety is social. My psychiatrist diagnosed me with Social Anxiety Disorder last October after I had to drop out of taditional high school because I was too anxious to be around so many people. Everyday on the car ride to school i would have a stomach ache because I was so anxious. A couple times I even had to stop at a gas station and throw up. Despite the fact I’m going to be dead within the next few weeks, I still fear what people think of me. If that’s not a sign that my social anxiety would never abate then I don’t know what is. Social anxiety disorder has completely consumed my life. I don’t have any friends left. Most of them have moved on because my avoidant behaviour is very off putting. I don’t blame them for that.

I’m so depressed about my life and what is going on for me. I attend college and am scoring well in my exams, but I can’t even say “hello” to the other students. There really is little benefit in scoring well in theory when you can’t put this into practice in our very social society.

I have no real complaints, I have a job, no mortgage, no dog, no loans no-one depending on me.Â I have low self esteem and little or no self worth, I am a perfectly functioning person so long as I don’t have to talk to anyone. I recently found out in an empath and can see/feel spirits
