It is sad that now I don’t feel like I’m a “human” anymore, or want to be associated with a being called “human”. I mostly hate humanity nowadays, and have become a Misanthrope, and disillusioned as well with this so-called “real world”. it sucks, and Humanity, though I used to believe it has so much hidden potentials, yet now I unfortunately can’t help but feeling Humanity is largely hopeless: we’re destroying our own Planet, animals, and even killing our fellow species over some stupid, close-minded, most ignorant & selfish, senseless reasons..
Can anybody here relate?…what to do then?…
Here’s a complete and detailed ‘rant’ of mine, if you want to know further, thanks.

I hate this world, humanity, and wish I’m just dead and be transported to somewhere else out of this fucking “real world”.

Oh, I know what you mean. I no longer regard myself as part of the human species; I’m not a higher form of life, or a lower form of life – my mind seceded from humanity a long time. My body is their prisoner.
im with you. (it’s not meaningless, it’s just… f@#$!$$ strange)
start a movement,
do it,
or don’t..
i’ll join as soon as i am brought back to life (if)
ok… i’ll be gone now. Until then,
Humans are weak, pathetic and inherently flawed. I hate humans. (I’m talking generally here). And of all the humans in the world, I hate myself the most.
I tend to think like this when I am scared and feeling really bad.
Hey Niki….was thinking about you when i started yet another book….lol….i didn’t answer your question from last week….i am an INFJ…which brings me to the book i’m just starting….called “Introvert Power” by Laurie Helgoe, PhD…..the reason it caught my attention….i just finished reading a chapter entitled “Becoming an Alien”…..just thought i might mention it in case you have read or might be interested as a fellow introvert….
“He is outside of everything, and alien everywhere.
He is an aesthetic solitary.
His beautiful, light imagination is the wing that on the autumn evening just brushes the dusky window.”
Henry James
just reading it now and it is pretty interesting…..just saying….

Maybe I am just getting old but it seems so easy to blame society for everything and not accept responsibility yourself
Throughout the history of the earth we have proof that at certain times there was mass domination by specific species. At one time the entire earth’s inhabitants was mostly comprised of nautilus. I think we are heading toward another time like this only we would be the dominant species. We are unique in earth’s history but I bet not in the entire universe. Also there were times when certain dinosaurs ruled simply because they were the most vicious and largest around. Whether for the good or for the bad we do still see the theory of evolution at work. Is it good or bad? I do not know. I have moments too where I feel dislike for who we are. I can tell you this. We are the first species to actually be aware of and acknowledge the “damage” we do. We are the first to try to reverse any damage. Yet we are also one of the worst offenders. All I can say is do what you can do to make a difference. There are plenty of people out there who strive to lessen their carbon footprint for example.
@uttilini : wise words. thanks for sharing.
Your statement makes no sense. How are we to take responsibility for the actions of other people?
@one_day
@valkyrie: Your statement makes no sense. I never said to take responsibility for the actions of other people. That is plain stupid. All I said was accept responsibility yourself, for your own actions.
It’s so easy to say “Oh, society is to blame” and in saying that, you alleviate your own responsibility, your own autonomy, your own control. This kind of philosophy the ‘society is to blame for everything’ undermine’s the individuals capacity for free thought, and leads to a kind of nanny-state whereby the powers that be don’t trust people to make their own decisions and be in control of their own lives.
Simply put, to say ‘society is to blame’ is a cop out for people who can’t think for themselves.
Well for me I hate being like that. I hate society and I don’t want to be like that. I hate my self as a human. I’m going to kill myself and then I’ll be happy bc I’m not a human any longer. Or part of society.
How judgements, evil and horrible it is. And I hate that it’s part of me as well. I take responsibility and I just want to end my part in society.
I thought i was all alone . Now I finally found someone who feels exactly the same as me. I defiantly prefer animals rather than humans. i dont feel like we’re special that we are humans and feel like an alien and that doesn’t belong on this planet. the shape of a human body disgusts me, and the things that we have inside.PLEASE REPLY i know that this post is old but pls if you see this, reply. I really appreciate that Im not alone.
i am also burned out being a humanbeing.flawing constantly.a long gone creator, can only be in one place.the place of the dead.that is were we will end our diseased mind and body.that is our only hope of being recreated into something with no relation to our current being.i only hope its a diferent place then earth.
A part of me fully resonate with all OP said. To live in a world full of people who refuses change and never really welcome them in the first place sometimes feel insufferably confining and daunting.
It’s like perpetually living in a prison that is neither locked nor unlocked – just transparent walls all around you while you see from the inside everything you cherished for (ideals) on the outside that is out of your reach. You can’t be sure whether it’s real or not because some days all you see is everything you’ve always feared of instead. Man, sounds pretty schizophrenic doesn’t it?
Another naive part of me on the other hand, says humanity is just way too young. We have a lot to learn and we will indeed learn in time though when that happens, I’d be long gone already. Call me unrealistic, but that thought – or rather, illusion perhaps – is comforting to know before I die. Things will be very, very ugly before it can get any better. I realize of course, that these are nothing more than empty words.
Actually, when you think of it, a lot of people believe in “empty words”, for the better or worse.
Humans. .a disappointment, a let-down, a waste of a creation. Like you, I would like to see an end to our species. Be gone every man, woman, and child
I agree. Humanity is a nasty species intending on harming all other species including itself. I suppose it is the price of having so-called higher consciousness rather than basic instinct. But the good thing about having higher consciousness is that each and every one of us are able to change our perspective and make for a better life. It is hard when all we see is the negative around us. Perhaps turning off the news for a while will help you focus more on positive aspects of humanity (and yourself). It won’t hurt to try, anyway.
When will humans all just kill themselves instead of dragging out the inevitable destruction of earth and humanity? I cannot agree anymore with your statement. I abhor society, humans everything. It’s all so messed up.
I used to care, but no point the Planet is done for whilst we live on, but caring less now bout that as the end will come for the race and Earth will hopefully get more deserving life when they Earth is starved all killed themselves in pointless religious wars!
Why did humans do all this? Why didnt they just live in nature forever just like other animals did?
Bc we always just want more! Once we get some form of luxury then we try to get more and more. I don’t know what that first luxury was all those years ago but I wish I could warn our ancestors away from it. It wasn’t worth it!
also, how many of you here also have heard about: Virtual Reality (VR) , Lucid Dreaming , Astral Projection ?
I really wish/hope those things are true … so I can enter into the world/universe of IMAGINATION, .. & bye bye boring, mundane, harsh, & limited Reality ! )
