my friends, a.k.a my fellow worthy and beloved human beings…

I want all of you here to please bare with me again for just about 5-10 minutes reading what I’ve found to be a sudden ‘eureka/revelation’ moment, thanks to actually vbenja’s thread that asks and ponder about “life” here http://suicideproject.org/2010/08/life-9/   (it’s amazing of how ‘connected’ we can be, if we *choose* to, isn’t it?…)

I posted a few months ago when I was in my most depressed state. I tried to electrocute myself with a toaster but the cord didnt reach the bathtub, so I then tried hanging myself in the closet with a power strip but i ended up passing out and slipping out of the cord.

I recently read this book called “Thirteen Reasons Why” by Jay Asher about a girl named Hannah who kills herself, but before she does she makes these tapes that explain why she killed herself, and who was involved in her making that decision, and then she sends the tapes to the people on them and tells them if they don’t pass them on, then someone who has a copy of the tapes will release them to the public at school, ruining their lives.

After some counseling and some time, I was “better.” Then I went to college and met the woman of my dreams. Quite literally, I had this image of the perfect woman and she fit perfectly. Weak and feeling pathetic

I have experienced too much pain and to little joy in my young life.

I’m a 25 year old who is married to a very loving husband. Really he is my only good thing in my life. I feel so depressed because I can’t graduate from college. I have been thinking deeply about suicide for the last few years. To be honest I hate the term depression, even my doctor said it is such a loose term that it is extremely hard to treat due to our own individualities. I don’t just get depression for no reason it’s a side effect of something else.
